Californnia Zinfandel Style – Zinfandel creates a wine with a luscious bouquet of ripe black cherry and delicate spices. Secondly, many customers have been calling me, inquiring about the store hours, the abilty to place orders, and bottling appointments . Until such time as the government instructs us close, we will maintaining our regular store hours and procedures. We ask that all customers arrive for their bottling appointments on time, so that this does not create a bottle necking situation in the store, (no pun intended). In our industry cleanliness is key to successful wine-making. We have always looked to ensure that we maintain the highest standards in our industry. Please help us to make sure we don’t put any customers or staff at risk, by doing the following;
* If you have just returned from a trip abroad, please reschedule your bottling appointment until you have give yourself the appropriate amount of time in isolation. (14 days is suggested)
* If you are showing any signs of infection, please seek medical counsel and reschedule your bottling appointment at your convenience.
* If you are concerned about your wine. Your wine will keep (for months, if need be), and actually become better with age.
* Feel free to contact me to arrange any alternate bottling options.
* We have a hand sanitizing area, and ask that all customers wear masks, if they so choose.
We take the COVID-19 pandemic very seriously, so we have implemented the following procedures to try and make your bottling the safest possible;
* Both myself and all staff wear and masks and gloves at all times while customers are in the store.
* We sterilize any surfaces contacted by our patrons multiple times daily.
* All corks are now packaged separately for every batch.
* All equipment is completely sterilized after every use.
* We have limited the numbers of customers in the store at any given time.
* All appointments are spaced out to ensure the best “social distancing” policy.
If you have any concerns, please feel free to postpone your bottling appointments. We will get through this together. Stay safe and stay healthy.
And lastly, we will be closed Wednesday July 1st for Canada Day.
